Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Zummer International

At Zummer International, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy for products purchased directly from our official website.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product was purchased from the official Zummer website
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags and packaging are intact

We do not accept returns for products purchased from third-party sellers or offline/online distributors.


2. Important – Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims related to:

• Missing items
• Wrong product received
• Damaged product

You must:

• Record a clear unboxing video
• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without proper video proof may not be processed.


3. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Step 1: Visit the “Customer Experience” section on our website
Step 2: Click on “Raise Return”
Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions

You must also:

• Share your Order ID
• Send a clear product video showing the product and its tags

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange doorstep pickup.


4. Pickup Process

• Pickup will be arranged at the original delivery address
• Address cannot be changed during return process
• You will receive an update on pickup day
• We attempt pickup up to 3 times

If pickup fails after three attempts, the request will be marked as failed.

Zummer is not responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the courier.

Return requests can only be applied once per order.


5. Quality Check & Approval

After the product reaches our warehouse:

• It undergoes a quality inspection (approx. 3 days)
• If approved, refund/exchange will be processed
• If the product fails the quality check, refund will not be issued


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:

• Valid return within 7 days
• Order cancelled before shipping
• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong product delivered
• Lost or undelivered prepaid orders

Refund Timeline

• Pickup: Within 7 business days (approx.)
• Refund initiation: Within 10 business days after successful quality check

Refund Mode

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
• COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer after successful inspection

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Please note:

• Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable in case of voluntary returns
• For lost or undelivered prepaid orders, full amount will be refunded
• Banks usually send SMS notifications only for refunds above INR 5000


7. Combo Offers & Discount Adjustment

If you purchased multiple products under a special discount or combo offer and return one item:

• The overall discount will be recalculated
• The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized/customized products
• Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)


9. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery (subject to availability).

To request an exchange:

• Follow the same process as return request
• Mention the desired size clearly
• Share Order ID and product video on WhatsApp: 9512104043

Important:

• The product must be unused with all tags intact
• We are not responsible if the wrong size is selected by the customer
• Exchange will be shipped after we receive and approve the returned product
• If a wrong product is returned, exchange will not be processed


10. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order
• Cancellation requests must be made between Monday–Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM)
• Some orders are shipped quickly and may not be cancellable
