Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible, but you may return the product according to our return policy. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your order.

Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return, please raise a request at https://shopzummer.com/apps/return_prime within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Amount Policy (Combo Discounts & Offers)

If you purchased multiple items together and received an extra discount, and you choose to return any single item, then the full discount you received will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned item.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items like personalized products and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variations subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
