Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and unwashed
• All original tags must be intact
• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Order cancelled before shipping
• Defective or damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Product significantly different from description

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Combo Offers & Discount Adjustments

If your order included a special combo offer or additional discount and one item is returned:

• The total discount applied to the order will be recalculated
• The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly

This ensures fair pricing across all purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized/customized products
• Intimate wear
