Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our return policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Cancelled orders (before shipping)
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong products delivered
- Products not as described
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items like personalized products, perishable goods, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Exchange Policy
